Hostgator's cPanel interface is ridiculously simple to use and free!
We’ve already showed how Hostgator’s top hosting services make your life as a webmaster 1000x easier, but today we’re going to talk about how their cPanel interface saves you an absurd amount of time – and stress.
Today I want to walk you through some of the most common uses of cPanel and how Hostgator’s interface help you get everything done in absolutely no time.
1. How To Log Into cPanel
Yesterday I showed you how to use Hostgator’s free domain transfer, but I didnt show how to log into your cPanel account. Very simple – all you have to do is type
http://yourPRIMARYdomain.com/cpanel
Enter username and password (sent to you on a welcome email)
DONE.
1. How To Redirect A Domain Using cPanel
Once you’re logged in, look for a module called DOMAINS

on cPanel, find Domains and then click on Redirects
Once you click on redirects, the next screen is very self-explanatory:

pick any domain, select the redirect name and the url.
Now you can create professional-looking redirects such as yourdomain.com/redirect and they will point to whatever url you desire. This way, you dont have to tell people to memorize long urls like yourdomain.com/news/sign-up-for-newsletter.html.
3. Creating a new email account with cPanel
Want a cool email like yourname@yourdomain.com? Easy – just follow these quick instructions:
Once you’re logged in, look for for a module that says MAIL:

Hostgator's cPanel allow you complete control over your email accounts
To create a new account, we’ll click on email accounts. To check your emails, you click on Webmail.
Once you click on email accounts, again, very user friendly instructions come up:

pick the domain you want, the email you want, and cPanel creates it for you.
Could it be easier?
Seriously, Hostgator’s hosting solutions save you from spending precious time with geeks that will charge you to do simple stuff. And if you have any questions, their live 24/7 support is free.
